in brief
Films watched since Saturday:
1. Jesus, You Know
2. Superbad
3. Capote
Books with at least some pages read (none completed):
1. Tolstoy's Resurrection (so good, so glad I'm finally deep in it now)
2. The God Delusion (pretty arrogant, but I am stuck with a sense of obligation of reading it
The rain really helped in keeping me in and occupied.
Questions I answered today:
1. How do I print (15 times)
2. How do I log on (12 times)
3. Where are the books (5 times)
4. How do I sign up for classes (2 times)
5. Do you have a knife I can borrow (1 time. I shit you not I was asked this)
Remember that Master's Degree I got? Yeah it really came in handy today. Not. Also I sort of want to barf thinking about how many 'cool kids' are becoming librarians or working in libraries. I wonder if the 'cool librarians' thought this of me when I was 18 and started working in one. Cue Elton John's "The Circle of Life" please.
At least tomorrow I get to make the nerdiest display ever for work, the pieces for it came today and I can't wait. Pictures to follow
