I just read about Holla Back NYC in BUST, and thought it was amazing. People post camera phone pics and/or stories of creeps masturbating on the subway, pervs who cat call at you, and in general anybody who makes you totally creeped out due to their sexual misconduct.

So I go to the site and find that Chicago has one too.
