Back to work
Today is my first day back at work since December 22nd. I couldn't fall asleep last night until after 3:30 because my sleep schedule during my time off was total garbage bag. I'm hoping that having three hours of sleep means that I'll be able to knock out at a normal time tonight.
My commute was a disaster this morning. The car I was on on the blue line had major malfunctions. The doors didn't open or close, so we would have to pull the emergency red knob and then force them shut. It caused massive delays, and I had nothing to read because I have my running shoes in my bag instead of a book. At first I had Junior Murvin playing in an attempt to calm me down, but it wasn't working. Mastodon did the trick in it's own sick way. And to think I was almost on time this morning.
I found out I have to go to Evanston for a book sale Friday for work. Being the total loser that I am, I'm super excited. I get to spend other people's money and not be in my office for the morning. Should be nice.
Tonight I'm running after work then continuing to catch up on BSG. I wanted to do Pub Quiz but there wasn't enough interest to form a team. Lame.
